Our philosophy is to enhance the technical competence and employability of the industrial workforce through targeted training. We believe that providing practical skills alongside academic knowledge is key to national economic growth.

The Foundation is establishing specialised Skill Development Centre to train hundreds of unemployed youth. This centre will offer certified courses in various trades, including chemical plant management, electrical maintenance, and computer operations. Our programmess will also focus on upskilling industrial workers to meet the evolving requirements of modern industry.

Beyond technical training, we will groom trainees in soft skills, communication, and basic computer literacy.

The centre will facilitate industrial visits and internships to provide real-world exposure to the youth.

Our ultimate objective is to ensure high placement rates, helping local youth become self-reliant and financially secure.
