True leadership is measured not only by personal growth, but also by the positive impact it creates in the lives of others.
Leadership development is most meaningful when it extends beyond the workplace and contributes to society. By connecting professional growth with community service, organisations can nurture leaders who are not only capable decision-makers but also compassionate changemakers.
With this philosophy, Meghmani Foundation integrated social responsibility into ‘Good to Great’, a long-term leadership development programme conducted at Epigral, a Meghmani Group company. Designed to prepare the next generation of organisational leaders, the programme mentors high-potential employees through a series of intensive leadership and skill-building sessions held throughout the year. During the programme, 30 emerging leaders successfully completed their training and were awarded certificates by Shri Maulikbhai Patel, Chairman and Managing Director.
As part of the programme, participants were entrusted with a community service initiative that directly benefited girls from underprivileged families. The team assembled and creatively decorated new bicycles before donating them to students of Janaki Ashram School in Dediapada. For many of these girls, who travel long distances to attend school, a bicycle is more than a means of transport—it is a pathway to regular education, greater independence and a brighter future.
By linking leadership development with meaningful community engagement, Meghmani Foundation created an inspiring model where professional excellence and social responsibility go hand in hand. The initiative reflects the Foundation’s belief that empowering future leaders also means empowering the communities they serve.
