Accessible healthcare begins by reaching people where they live.
Regular health screening and early diagnosis play an important role in preventing illness and promoting healthier communities. For many rural families, community health camps provide convenient access to medical consultations, diagnostic services and essential medicines without the need to travel long distances.
Continuing its commitment to community healthcare, Meghmani Foundation supported the organisation of a Health Check-up Camp in Kharod village, in collaboration with the Panoli Industries Association. The camp brought together a team of specialist doctors, including experts in general medicine, gynaecology and diabetes care, offering comprehensive medical consultations to local residents.
Special emphasis was placed on screening for sickle cell anaemia, with laboratory investigations conducted wherever required. More than 100 patients benefited from the camp, receiving medical consultations, diagnostic tests and free medicines.
The initiative was made possible through the active participation of the Panoli Industries Association, village leaders and the Gram Panchayat, reflecting the importance of collaborative efforts in improving community healthcare. By bringing specialist medical services directly to rural communities, Meghmani Foundation continues to encourage early diagnosis, timely treatment and greater awareness of preventive healthcare.
Through such outreach initiatives, the Foundation remains committed to strengthening healthcare access and improving the quality of life in the communities surrounding its areas of operation.
